Thanks for joining our Lunchtime Enlightenment club. 

Each Wednesday (Melbourne, Australia) we will send you a weekly mindfulness exercise to help you find a little lunchtime enlightenment.  Our goal is to share insightful, engaging and informative practices to capture your interest and motivate you to take a moment (or a few moments) each day to PAUSE, BREATHE and ENGAGE with life. 

Mindfulness is the practice of bringing our attention to the present moment, with a sense of curiosity, openness and non-judgment awareness.  When we shift our attention into the present moment .. we experience a greater connection with ourselves and the world around us. 

We believe that meditation is a life skill that everyone can learn; and simple daily mindfulness practices are an ideal place to start.
